Whew, have we been busy! Just two days after Allen was born, we found out that the lender in the short sale of this house had approved our offer (which we made back in February!) and that we would be closing within a month. Well, it didn't happen that fast (thank goodness)...the sale closed on May 17th, and after the MADDEST OF MAD DASHES to repaint the interior and replace all the flooring, we were moved in just in the nick of time before our lease was up at the end of the month.
Hollie wanted bright purple for the girls' room...but eventually settled for a very pale lavender.

We're still sloooowwwwly unpacking and finishing up the paint work (still not entirely done with the walls, and still working on the kitchen cabinets and all closet/interior doors). Can't overstate how thankful we are for all the help from family and friends...watching the kids for us, packing, painting, late nights to finish up the floors, the list is endless!
